Foundations of Engineering & Technology” presents an engaging introduction to basic principles of technology and engineering using simple, captivating, hands-on projects.

Each grade-specific unit can be easily incorporated into existing curriculum, with components related to Science, Math, Reading, Language Arts, Health, and Social Studies. 

Each unit contains teacher prep material, project set-up, student worksheets, grading rubrics, and more. Materials are correlated to national STEM standards.

These new resources are ideal for providing younger students with an elemental, foundational knowledge of principles related to technology, laying a strong foundation for further education in engineering and technology in later years.

Separate units are offered for each grade level, kindergarten through fifth grade. Each grade-level unit includes instructional material, worksheets, student activities, and hands-on projects.

Materials are bound in 3-ring binders for ease of removal and copying. Everything a teacher needs to successfully introduce young students to the foundational principles of technology is included. Materials are designed to be interwoven into the various topics of existing general education curriculum, and are correlated to national STEM standards.
